paulsdale landscape assessment and masterplan

Project Description:
A conditions assessment and landscape master plan were prepared for improvements to the family home and farm of Alice Paul, one of the most prominent activists in the 20th century women’s rights movement. The Master plan focused on improvements to vehicular and pedestrian circulation which would serve the educational and programatic needs of the Alice Paul Institute, which is headquartered on the site. The master plan also described a variety of landscape improvements intended to help reinforce the character of the Paul family farmstead.
